How to pay with crypto

On Velora you pay discreetly with USDT – a digital currency that is always worth about 1 US dollar. No card, no bank details on Velora. The first time takes about 10 minutes, after that just one.

1.Get a wallet app

A wallet is like a purse for digital money. We recommend Phantom (free on the App Store and Google Play).

  1. 1Install and open Phantom.
  2. 2Choose Create a new wallet. The easiest way is with your Google or Apple account; then set a PIN.
  3. 3Done – your wallet is set up.

Never show anyone your PIN or – if you get them – the 12 secret words. Velora will never ask for them.

2.Buy USDT

  1. 1In Phantom, tap Buy and choose USDT. Make sure it says Solana underneath.
  2. 2Choose an amount – a little more than your purchase, e.g. a €5 buffer – and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card.
  3. 3Also buy a tiny amount of SOL (the smallest offer is enough). Your wallet uses it to pay the tiny network fee of a few cents per payment.

Without some SOL, Phantom cannot send anything. If “Send” doesn't work, SOL is almost always missing.

3.Pay on Velora

  1. 1On Velora, tap Kaufen (buy), Abonnieren (subscribe) or Freischalten (unlock) as usual and confirm. The secure payment page of our partner NOWPayments opens.
  2. 2It shows three important things – this is what it looks like:

A Amount – send exactly this number in USDT (network: Solana).

B Address – send to this address. It is new for every payment.

C Timer – how long the amount is valid. Please send before it runs out.

  1. 3Open Phantom → Send → choose USDT.
  2. 4Copy the address at NOWPayments (copy icon) and paste it into Phantom as the recipient.
  3. 5Copy the amount and paste it exactly as shown – don't round it.
  4. 6Quickly check that the start and end of the address match, then tap Send.
  5. 7Stay on the payment page. After a few minutes the payment is confirmed and everything is unlocked automatically – you can find your orders under Profil → Meine Bestellungen (profile → my orders).

So nothing goes wrong

  • Send exactly the amount shown. Too little cannot be credited automatically.
  • Send before the timer runs out. If time is up, simply tap Kaufen (buy) again – you'll get a new payment page.
  • Always choose the Solana network – not Ethereum, Tron or BNB. Money sent on the wrong network does not arrive.
  • Paying from an exchange (e.g. Binance, Coinbase, Kraken)? The exchange deducts its withdrawal fee from the amount. Enter the amount so that exactly the amount shown arrives at the recipient.

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe?

Yes. You send to an address of our payment partner NOWPayments, which confirms the payment. Velora sees neither your card nor your bank account.

What appears on my bank statement?

When you buy USDT in Phantom, it only shows the wallet's payment provider (e.g. MoonPay) – not Velora.

I paid, but nothing has been unlocked yet.

The network sometimes needs a few minutes. Keep the payment page open. If nothing has been unlocked after 30 minutes, write to us with the Payment ID from the payment page.

I sent too little or too late.

Don't worry, the money is not lost. Write to us with the Payment ID and we'll sort it out with NOWPayments.

Can I pay with a different cryptocurrency?

Payment is made with USDT on the Solana network. This keeps fees minimal and confirmation fast.
